Saints Drop Two in a
Row to Trail in Series:
The Newmarket Saints played games two and three of their
2nd round series vs. the Halton Hills Bulldogs on the weekend. The
Saints lost 8-1 on Friday night at home and then dropped game three 9-3
in Georgetown on Saturday night.
The offence wasn't clicking at all on the weekend. Producing only 4
goals in two games. Defensively the Saints couldn't contain the Bulldogs
attack. Both games saw Halton jump out to an early lead and the Saints
never responded.
Game four goes Monday night July 19th in Newmarket at Ray Twinney arena
